The Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) programme is designed to prepare graduate nurses for leadership roles in education, clinical practice, research, and healthcare administration. The programme emphasises evidence-based nursing, advanced clinical expertise, and academic excellence.
Note: For each specialty, a minimum of 50% of candidates may opt for a sub-specialty.
University examinations are conducted in September/October, with supplementary examinations held in November/December, as per MPMSU guidelines.
Students must maintain 80% attendance in theory and 100% attendance in practicals. Internal assessments are conducted as per university norms.
Successful candidates are awarded the Master of Science (Nursing) degree and are eligible for registration with the Nursing Council of any State in India.
